Please note: This form should be used to sign up for volunteer shift(s) at the FBR Open to work in a concession stand. All applicants must be old enough to sell/serve alcohol unless otherwise cleared via email to FBROpen@phoenixpanhellenic.org. Please supply a valid mailing address as well as a valid email address. Confirmation of time(s) and day(s) scheduled will be emailed to you.

Please sign up for the time(s) most convenient for you. The schedule is filling up so please indicate a second choice time in case we have enough volunteers for your first choice time slot.

THE MOST HELP IS NEEDED ON FRIDAY through SUNDAY!

If you would like to work with a friend or a group of people, please list their names and email addresses and be sure ask them to complete and submit this form. Every attempt is made to keep groups together, but each person in the group must register by submitting this volunteer form.

Note: Ending time (designated as "Close" on the submission form) depends on day of week and weather. Monday-Saturday may range from 4:30-5:30pm. Sunday's play usually concludes by 3:15-3:45pm before Super Bowl kick-off.
